This delicate sparkling wine, with a fruity and floral perfume and a sweet and balanced taste, is obtained from red Moscato grapes. Bunches are exclusively hand-selected and subjected to a soft pressing with a quick skin maceration, both with controlled temperature. After that, fermentation is processed in a pressurised tank following the Martinotti-Charmat method.
